Election Day took place on November 3, 2026, across the United States, including in the Charlotte region, according to WBTV.

WBTV reported it is tracking the 2026 general election results for several counties near Charlotte, including York, Lancaster, and Chesterfield counties in South Carolina.

In addition, election results are being followed in North Carolina counties close to Charlotte, such as Gaston and Cleveland counties, WBTV noted.
