The Cheat Code Foundation, based in Sacramento, has introduced a new initiative called 'Gather Nights' as part of its Simply Human Project, FOX40 reported.

These monthly events encourage participants to unplug from their phones to foster more meaningful social interactions, addressing concerns that phones can sometimes screen people out of genuine connection.

The foundation was created by Dr. Mondo González, a licensed family and marriage therapist, who aims to promote healthier relationships through these gatherings.

Locals are invited to join these phone-free events to experience deeper engagement with others in the community.
