Bon Appetit shared a list of 14 Costco products frequently purchased for Thanksgiving celebrations. Among these is a large wheel of Brie cheese from Isigny Ste Mère, a Normandy-based dairy cooperative known for its quality craftsmanship. The Brie is recommended for dishes like pecan Brie brûlée or herb-baked Brie and should be left out for about an hour before serving to enhance flavor.

The article also mentions Asaro Organic Castelvetrano Green Olives, praised for their buttery and savory taste. These olives can be enjoyed as snacks, used in tapenade, or added to turkey brine for extra flavor. The olives are also suggested for cocktails like a dirty mezcal martini.

For those preferring turkey, the Organic Grand Champion Jaindl frozen turkey is available exclusively online at Costco. These birds are raised on an all-vegetarian, antibiotic-free diet and are shipped frozen within a few days of ordering, with delivery from Wednesday to Friday.

Alternative poultry options include Maple Leaf Farms whole duck, which can be roasted with pomegranate and honey glaze or jerk spices. Some Costco stores carry fully cooked Roast Half Duck, suitable for reheating in an air fryer.

Bon Appetit also recommends cooking turkey by breaking it into parts, dry-brining, and roasting on a wire rack for a well-seasoned and juicy result.
