A crash involving a car and a bicyclist closed all eastbound lanes of Rivers Avenue in North Charleston early Tuesday morning, according to The Post and Courier.

The collision occurred just before 5:30 a.m., and the bicyclist was injured and transported to a hospital for treatment, Harve Jacobs, a North Charleston Police Department spokesperson, told The Post and Courier.
