San Francisco's dining scene is expanding with the opening of several new restaurants, bars, and bakeries this November, according to the San Francisco Standard.

One notable reopening is Julius’ Castle, a historic Telegraph Hill landmark that has been closed for nearly 20 years. The three-level restaurant offers panoramic city views and plans to focus on farm-to-table cuisine inspired by chef Alice Waters, as shared by owner Paul Scott.

In addition to Julius’ Castle, a new bakery called Lorella will open on Polk Street. It is a collaboration between Melissa Perello and Melissa Loar and will feature a neighborhood bakery with a built-in playroom, providing a family-friendly atmosphere.

On the beverage front, bartender Jacob Morris is launching Stir Crazy, his first ownership project. The bar aims to be a neighborhood spot serving thoughtfully crafted classic drinks and a rotating monthly selection of signature cocktails.

These openings come just in time for the holiday season, offering new options for festive dinners and gatherings throughout San Francisco.
