Several NBA Cup in-season tournament group stage games are scheduled for Friday, featuring matchups across both the Eastern and Western Conferences, Yahoo Sports reported.

The Minnesota Timberwolves (6-3) will visit the New Orleans Pelicans (4-4) at 8 p.m. The Timberwolves finished last season with a 49-33 record and averaged 18.3 points off turnovers, while the Pelicans ended 26-56 and allowed 120 points per game last season.

In the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics (6-2) will face the Charlotte Hornets (3-6) at 7 p.m. The Celtics posted a 56-26 record last season and averaged 15.8 points off turnovers. The Hornets finished 44-38 and allowed opponents to score 111.2 points per game.

Other games include the Milwaukee Bucks (1-7) hosting the Toronto Raptors (4-4) at 8 p.m., the Dallas Mavericks (4-4) hosting the Utah Jazz (1-7) at 8 p.m., the Oklahoma City Thunder (6-2) visiting the Memphis Grizzlies (6-2) at 8 p.m., and the San Antonio Spurs (6-2) visiting the Sacramento Kings (1-7) at 10 p.m.

Several teams are managing injuries, with players listed as day to day or out for various reasons, including the Pelicans, Timberwolves, Celtics, and Raptors, according to Yahoo Sports.

These games will contribute to the NBA Cup group stage standings as teams compete in the in-season tournament format this year.
