Construction has begun on 360 Fieldhouse, a new 28,000-square-foot indoor sports facility located at 21114 Hull Street Road in western Chesterfield, Richmond BizSense reported.

The $5 million project, developed by brothers Sean and Mike Beville and Ryan Marable, aims to address the shortage of indoor sports space in the area and tap into the growing population and youth sports demand in Moseley.

The facility will include three multi-purpose basketball courts and an indoor turf field, with one basketball court designed to double as a collegiate-sized court.

Local Legends, a youth sports organization owned by Marable, will be the anchor tenant and operator, but the venue will also be available to other local sports groups and traveling youth sports tournaments.

The project is designed by Balzer & Associates, constructed by D&H Construction, and financed through Carter Bank, with an anticipated opening in summer 2027.
