Three friends with extensive experience in the restaurant industry are opening a new rotisserie spot called Bare Bones in San Francisco's Sunset neighborhood, the San Francisco Standard reported.

The owners, including Dan Levin who has been in the food business for 30 years, teamed up with Danny Tasker and chef Edwin Olson to create the counter-service restaurant.

Bare Bones will serve dishes including porchetta and aims to bring an elite rotisserie experience to the area.

The restaurant will have a soft opening on October 29th on Taraval Street, with a full opening planned for early November.

The project began when the owner of a seafood restaurant on Taraval Street asked Levin if he wanted to buy the place, sparking the idea to open Bare Bones.
