Panthers fall to Packers 27-19 despite forcing turnovers
Carolina Panthers lose second straight game, struggling offensively against Green Bay Packers.
The Carolina Panthers lost their second consecutive game on Thursday night, falling 27-19 to the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field, WBTV reported.
The Panthers' offense was limited to 258 total yards, with quarterback Bryce Young sacked six times by the Packers' defense. Despite this, Young connected with Jalen Coker for a late touchdown, narrowing the score to 27-19.
Carolina forced two turnovers against Green Bay, including a fumble on the opening kickoff and an interception, but only converted one into points. The Panthers' defense also held the Packers to 354 yards of offense.
Late in the game, the Panthers attempted a two-point conversion that was unsuccessful, and a critical fourth-down pass from Young fell incomplete, sealing the loss.
The Panthers are scheduled to return home to face the Denver Broncos on Sunday, November 8, at 1 p.m.
