San Francisco police executed a search warrant Friday morning at a Sea Cliff home involved in a months-long ownership dispute, the San Francisco Standard reported. The raid took place at 7:30 a.m. on the 200 block of 32nd Avenue, where officers served the warrant as part of an ongoing investigation.

During the operation, Animal Care and Control confiscated seven dogs from the property, according to the San Francisco Police Department. A woman was also taken into custody, with photos showing her being placed in a patrol car.

The property at 250 32nd Avenue has been the subject of a city attorney lawsuit and multiple neighbor complaints alleging forged deeds were used to misrepresent ownership. A “No trespassing” sign has been posted on the front door, requesting police enforcement.

Jennifer Gamble, an SFPD spokesperson, stated that there are no further details available at this time due to the active nature of the investigation. The case remains under review by city authorities.
