Residents of Santee continued their Halloween celebrations despite rainy weather, according to FOX 5 San Diego.
A neighborhood block party on Pebble Beach Drive was among the events that took place as part of the festivities.
Families and trick-or-treaters braved the rain to participate in the community activities.
The event showed local spirit and community engagement even with challenging weather conditions.
