The Tennessee Titans were defeated by the Cleveland Browns 27-24 at Nissan Stadium on October 25, according to Yahoo Sports. The Titans had initially led 14-0 but were unable to maintain the advantage.

Cleveland quarterback Deshaun Watson led the Browns on a game-winning scoring drive, capped by a 32-yard field goal from Andre Szmyt as time expired. This victory improved the Browns' record to 5-2.

The loss dropped the Titans to 1-6 on the season. They tied the game late in the fourth quarter with a touchdown run by Tony Pollard, who recorded 129 rushing yards and three touchdowns. However, the Browns responded quickly to secure the win.

Titans quarterback Cam Ward completed 20 of 31 passes for 181 yards but did not throw any touchdowns and had one interception. The team has now struggled to achieve back-to-back wins since 2022 and has a poor home record since 2024.

According to tankathon.com as reported by Yahoo Sports, the Titans moved from third to second in the NFL draft order after this loss. The Los Angeles Chargers hold the top pick due to their 0-6 record and weakest strength of schedule among the worst teams. The Miami Dolphins, with a 1-5 record, have a better strength of schedule than the Titans.

The Titans last held the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and remain in contention for a top pick in 2027 after their recent results.
