Two men died in separate vehicle crashes in Cobb County, according to Atlanta News First. The first crash happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday on Ernest Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw, where a 63-year-old man driving a red 2001 Ford F-250 veered out of his lane and collided with a white 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. His truck then hit a tree and he was pronounced dead at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.

The second fatal crash occurred early Wednesday morning around 2 a.m. on Akers Mill Road. A man driving a blue 2014 Toyota Corolla attempted a right turn onto Cumberland Boulevard but instead crashed into a concrete barrier. He was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital and later died from his injuries.

Both crashes remain under investigation by the Cobb County Police Department, which has asked anyone with information to contact them at 770-499-3987. Atlanta News First is monitoring the situation for updates.
