Walmart extends Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales to 14 days in 2026
Walmart will hold three holiday sales events spanning 14 days, up from 10 days in 2025, with early access for Walmart+ members.
Walmart announced that its 2026 holiday shopping season will feature three savings events lasting a total of 14 days, an increase from 10 days in 2025, Retail Dive reported.
The early Black Friday deals will run from November 12 to 15, followed by the core Black Friday sale from November 23 to 29, and Cyber Monday from November 30 to December 2, according to the company announcement.
Unlike last year, Walmart did not specify particular products but mentioned thousands of gifts priced below $20 will be available, Retail Dive noted.
Walmart+ members will receive varying levels of early access to deals during the two Black Friday events, and the retailer recently introduced a combined Walmart+ and Sam’s Club Plus membership for $120 annually, offering savings compared to separate memberships.
Analysts from Telsey Advisory Group expect Walmart to perform well this holiday season, alongside Target and Costco, despite industry challenges such as tariffs and declining consumer sentiment, Retail Dive reported.
