University Partner Terms (summary of key provisions)

Term: one school year, August 1 to July 31, renewable.
Tiers and fees: Reader $2,500; Recruiter $7,500; Founding Partner $15,000 (benefits as published).
Access: partners may view only portfolios and entries that members (and Parents, for members under 18) have chosen to share with partners, and only through the GET Essay portal. No bulk export, scraping or resale. Partners may contact members only through platform messaging and only members who have opted in to contact.
Use limits: use member information solely for admissions recruiting and scholarship purposes, consistent with law and the partner's own privacy policy; delete any downloaded materials when no longer needed.
Advertising credit (Recruiter and Founding Partner) is applied to contextual ad placements; no behavioral targeting of members under 18; no placements in under-13 areas or school-licensed classroom accounts.
Scholarship funds are paid to GET Essay for disbursement under D3, less the disclosed 10% administration fee.
Judges: partners may nominate volunteer judges, who must accept the judge code of conduct and recuse from conflicts.
