A new artificial intelligence system named REDMOD can detect pancreatic cancer nearly 475 days before diagnosis, according to ScienceDaily Health.

This technology identifies subtle warning signs that conventional scans typically miss, allowing for much earlier detection of the disease.

REDMOD demonstrated nearly double the sensitivity of experienced radiologists in spotting these early cancer-related changes.

Early detection of pancreatic cancer is critical because it is one of the deadliest cancer types, and catching it sooner could improve treatment success rates significantly.
