Multiple self-regulatory organizations filed notices of immediate rule changes with the Federal Register on October 24, 2026, according to the Federal Register website.

Cboe EDGX Exchange submitted a proposed rule change to amend its fee schedule by updating the definition of trading platform. Similarly, Cboe BZX Exchange filed a rule change to update its fee schedule with a similar amendment to the trading platform definition.

NYSE Arca, Inc. filed two separate proposed rule changes. One modifies the NYSE Arca Options fee schedule concerning fees and rebates for manual transactions. The other amends rules related to trading halts, specifically Rules 7.18-E, 7.35-E(a)(8)(A), and 7.35-E(f).

Additionally, Cboe BZX Exchange proposed eliminating the annual listing fees applicable to exchange-traded products listed on the exchange, as set forth in BZX Rule 14.13(b)(2)(E).

These filings are part of the exchanges' ongoing regulatory updates and are effective immediately upon filing, as reported by the Federal Register.

The Federal Register noted that these documents are XML renditions and not official legal editions, advising verification against official versions for legal research.
