According to 10news.com, scattered showers and the chance of thunderstorms in San Diego County will taper off by Friday evening. Residents can expect mostly sunny skies on Saturday across the region.

Temperatures will rise slightly over the weekend, with highs reaching the mid-70s along the coastline and inland valleys. Mountain areas will see highs in the mid-60s to low 70s.

By Monday, temperatures are forecasted to return to average or warmer-than-average levels. However, a Coastal Flood Warning will be in effect starting Sunday morning through Thursday, with tides potentially one foot above predicted levels and high tides occurring in the mornings.

After Monday, temperatures may slowly drop, and there is a possibility of increased rain chances next weekend, according to the forecast from ABC 10News Weather Anchor Ava Kershner.
