Donald Trump calls Bill Maher a 'complete and total loser' in lengthy post

Donald Trump wrote a 1,318-word post on Truth Social sharply criticizing Bill Maher, calling him a "complete and total loser," according to the Hollywood Reporter. This post came just days after the two had dinner at the White House, which Trump had previously described as "great."

In his post, Trump disparaged Maher's HBO show, describing it as low rated and no longer exciting. He also mentioned producer Chuck LaBella, noting LaBella's past involvement with Trump's reality show The Apprentice and his connections with Maher.

Trump noted the success of The Apprentice, saying it built many careers. He also referenced LaBella's repeated attempts to arrange meetings between Maher and himself, both before and during his presidency.

This public criticism follows a recent dinner between Trump and Maher. The reasons for Trump's change in tone were not detailed in the reports.
