The Raiders suffered their fourth straight defeat on Sunday, falling 35-21 to the Los Angeles Rams, according to Yahoo Sports.

Despite a solid individual performance by quarterback Kirk Cousins, who completed nearly 60% of his passes for 295 yards and two touchdowns, the team's record has dropped to 3-4.

The Raiders are now considering changes to address issues in the red zone, third quarter, personnel, and scheme, with coach Klint Kubiak stating they are "thinking about everything," as reported by Yahoo Sports.

Reigning Heisman Trophy winner and No. 1 overall draft pick Fernando Mendoza, who has made his NFL debut but not started a game, is being considered as a potential replacement for Cousins, who acknowledges his role may be temporary.

Cousins expressed willingness to step aside if Mendoza improves the team's chances to win, emphasizing his commitment to the team's success.

The Raiders will continue to evaluate their quarterback situation as they prepare for upcoming games, with Mendoza practicing behind Cousins since being drafted.
