HouseCanary announced that The Keyes Family of Companies has joined its Google Listings Program, making active listings from over 4,000 agents available directly in Google mobile search in participating markets, HousingWire reported.

Listings from Florida’s largest independent brokerage will appear in a carousel at the top of Google mobile search results when consumers search for homes in live markets, with basic property details, brokerage attribution, and links to more information and agent contact options, according to HousingWire.

The listings are delivered to Google via My State MLS, which provides nationwide coverage to brokerage members, and as part of the agreement, Keyes agents receive complimentary access to HouseCanary’s agentic AI platform that includes tools like comparative market analysis, ads management, and property intelligence.

The Google Listings Program, launched in early 2026 and expected to expand to all eligible U.S. markets this fall, is powered by HouseCanary, which partners with MLSs and brokerages to send listings to Google, HousingWire explained.
