NAMB launches new education platform and sets 2027 priorities for mortgage brokers
The National Association of Mortgage Brokers introduces the MORE platform and outlines focus on education, advocacy, and member benefits for 2027.
The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) is expanding its education and professional development offerings to help members navigate challenges in affordability and adapt to a changing mortgage market, HousingWire reported.
NAMB President Michael Farrell discussed the launch of the Mortgage Originator Resources and Education (MORE) platform, introduced at the NAMB National 2026 conference in Las Vegas. This platform offers an interactive daily dashboard for members to access educational resources, skill-building pathways, and information on advocacy and member benefits.
Farrell outlined the organization's 2027 priorities, which include changes to loan-level price adjustments (LLPAs), support for veterans' home loan benefits, and assistance for brokers exploring business opportunities beyond traditional residential lending.
The association aims to retool its three main pillars—education, advocacy, and member benefits—under Farrell's presidency, continuing its 53-year focus on supporting mortgage brokers.
Members logging into the MORE platform can expect comprehensive resources to enhance their professional knowledge and stay informed about industry developments and advocacy efforts, according to HousingWire.
