Popular San Jose Mexican bakery opens fourth location

Panapolis Bakery, a well-known Mexican bakery in San Jose, opened its fourth location in October, according to San José Spotlight.

The opening event included a photo opportunity with owner Aldo Ortiz and his family beneath a balloon arch, followed by a ceremonial ribbon cutting.

District 2 Councilmember Pamela Campos was scheduled to speak but there was no time for remarks during the event.

The new bakery location adds to Panapolis' presence in the San Jose community, serving local customers with its popular baked goods.
