The Cecil County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report on November 4 of an elderly man lying naked and injured in a yard on Chestnut Drive in Elkton, Maryland, according to FOX45 Baltimore.

Deputies found the 81-year-old man with visible injuries to his head and body and took him to Christiana Care Hospital in Newark, Delaware, for treatment. The man was later released.

The victim told deputies he was assaulted, restrained, and robbed inside a nearby home. He had traveled to meet a woman identified as Taylor Storm Falcone, 31, who lives on Chestnut Drive, and was later joined by a second person, Austin Michael Maniscalco, 28, also a resident of the same street.

The victim reported that Maniscalco became aggressive, tied him to a chair with a cord, assaulted him by punching his head and face, held a knife to his throat, and removed his clothing while he was restrained. Maniscalco also poured heated syrup on the victim, according to the report.

Both Falcone and Maniscalco were arrested following the investigation by Cecil County deputies.

The case remains under investigation as authorities continue to gather information.
