The Maryland Natural Resources Police and partner agencies are conducting a search for an 18-year-old man from Havre de Grace after his 10-foot aluminum jon boat was found capsized near Garrett Island in the Susquehanna River, FOX45 Baltimore reported.

The missing boater was last seen operating the boat near the Hatem Memorial Bridge on U.S. 40 around 5 p.m. on November 4. He launched from the Water Street Boat Ramp in Havre de Grace, according to FOX45 Baltimore.

The U.S. Coast Guard, Susquehanna Hose Company, Harford County Emergency Services, Harford County Sheriff’s Office, Chesapeake Search Dogs, and other agencies are assisting in the search, utilizing dive and aviation resources, FOX45 Baltimore said.

Authorities reported the man was last seen wearing a chartreuse long-sleeved T-shirt and blue jeans. They have asked anyone with information about boating activity or the man's whereabouts after leaving Havre de Grace to contact the Maryland Natural Resources Police at 410-260-8888.

Boaters are advised to avoid the Susquehanna River between the U.S. 40 and I-95 bridges while the search continues, FOX45 Baltimore added.
