UPS is preparing for the upcoming peak season with an expectation of decreased package volume in the U.S. compared to the previous year, according to Supply Chain Dive.

UPS expects less volume from Amazon during this period.

Despite the decline in volume, UPS projects that revenue will be supported and boosted by packages from other customer segments.
