Louisville football secured a 44-17 victory over Georgia Tech at Bobby Dodd Stadium, marking Louisville's fourth consecutive win, Atlanta News First reported. Tre Richardson contributed significantly with 101 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns for Louisville.

Quarterback Lincoln Kienholz completed 17 of 25 passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns in the first half, connecting with Tre Richardson and TreyShun Hurry. Richardson also scored on a 52-yard end around run, while running back Isaac Brown added his 10th touchdown of the season on an 11-yard run in the third quarter.

Georgia Tech, now with a 2-7 overall record and 1-5 in the Atlantic Coast Conference, has lost three games in a row and is guaranteed to finish below .500 for the first time since 2022, according to Atlanta News First.

In an effort to improve their offense, Georgia Tech head coach Brent Key alternated quarterbacks Alberto Mendoza and Grady Adamson during the first half. Both quarterbacks threw touchdown passes but struggled overall throughout the game.

Louisville's victory keeps them competitive in the ACC championship race, staying within one loss of No. 14 Wake Forest. The Cardinals have scored at least 27 points in all nine games this season and at least 34 points in each of their four consecutive wins.
