Ravens lose 13-10 to Browns on last-second field goal
Baltimore Ravens fall to Cleveland Browns after a late 37-yard field goal ends the game 13-10.
The Baltimore Ravens suffered a 13-10 loss to the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, with Browns kicker Andre Szmyt making a 37-yard field goal as time expired, according to The Baltimore Banner.
The Ravens were held scoreless after halftime and managed only 72 yards in total offense. Their defense gave quarterback Tyler Huntley a final chance late in the fourth quarter, but Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson completed a 33-yard pass to Jerry Jeudy, setting up the game-winning kick.
Huntley, starting for the injured Lamar Jackson, completed 19 of 31 passes for 165 yards but was sacked three times and struggled to throw deep. The Ravens' running game started well but faded, finishing with 87 yards. Running back Derrick Henry had 58 yards and a costly turnover.
The Ravens' offense advanced past the Browns' 45-yard line only once in the second half, ending with a missed 49-yard field goal attempt by Tyler Loop. The Browns tied the game midway through the fourth quarter with a 2-yard rushing touchdown by Audric Estime following a pass interference penalty.
Baltimore now faces a challenging schedule with upcoming games against playoff contenders including the Cincinnati Bengals, Buffalo Bills, and Los Angeles Chargers before their Week 13 bye, The Baltimore Banner reported.
