A rollover crash occurred early Friday morning in the 2900 block of Carner Avenue in North Charleston, according to the North Charleston Police Department, as reported by ABC News 4 WCIV and WCBD Count on 2.

Police initially classified the incident as an entrapment crash and shut down the roadway surrounding the scene to allow emergency crews to respond, WCIV stated.

The North Charleston Police Department asked drivers to avoid Carner Avenue while the investigation and response are ongoing, WCBD noted. The cause of the crash and the condition of the vehicle's occupant(s) have not been released.
